Thus management a necessity as large pool youth to be groomed lead this nation new millennium. But yet infancy. It grow reach women smaller towns rural India. Business schools have develop innovative models address segment youth. This paper captures attempts certain business schools, associations organizations spread other segments where present day institutions failed reach.
